Where is PayDM available for creators?
PayDM creator monetization and payouts are currently available only in selected supported countries. Buyers may access PayDM more broadly, but creators can activate monetization only when their country of legal residence or business establishment is currently supported by PayDM's payout and verification infrastructure.
Only the countries listed on this page are currently open for PayDM creator monetization. If a country is not listed, creator onboarding and payouts are not currently available there.

Residence, not nationality
Eligibility is primarily based on where the creator is legally resident or established and where PayDM can support verification and payouts. Nationality alone does not determine eligibility. Additional payment-provider, identity, sanctions and compliance checks may still apply.
Living in a supported country does not by itself guarantee approval: creator applications are still reviewed, and payouts are enabled only once the payment provider's identity verification is complete.
Why is availability limited?
PayDM is rolling out creator payouts market by market. Availability depends on payout infrastructure, payment-provider coverage, identity-verification and compliance requirements, currency/support considerations and operational readiness. Supported markets may expand over time.
Buyers and creators are treated differently
This page is about creators — the people who receive paid messages and withdraw earnings. Buyers who pay to send a message to a creator may access PayDM more broadly. A country missing from the list above means PayDM creator monetization and payouts are not currently available there; it does not describe the buyer side.
