1. Overview

PayDM is an online platform allowing users to send paid messages to creators, experts, influencers, consultants, founders, or other professionals.

The platform operates on a simple principle:
one message = one payment = one expected personal reply.

2. Definitions

• Platform: the PayDM website, application, and related services.
• User: any person who uses PayDM to send a paid message.
• Creator: any person who receives paid messages through PayDM and may reply to them.
• Message: the paid request sent by a User to a Creator.
• Reply: the response sent by the Creator through PayDM.

3. Role of PayDM

PayDM acts as a technical intermediary between Users and Creators.

PayDM provides the infrastructure used to send paid messages, process payments, display replies, manage message status, and handle refunds according to these Terms.

PayDM does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, usefulness, or outcome of any reply provided by a Creator.

4. Access to the Platform

Users and Creators may be required to create an account to access certain PayDM features.

Each user is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for all activity carried out through their account.

5. Paid Message Flow

The standard PayDM flow is as follows:

• the User selects a Creator profile or paid message offer;
• the User pays the applicable message price and platform fees displayed before payment;
• the User writes and sends the message through PayDM;
• the Creator may read and reply through PayDM;
• if no reply is sent within 8 days, the User receives a full refund according to these Terms.

6. Payments

Payment is made before the message is sent. The User is shown the applicable price and fees before confirming payment.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. PayDM does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

Funds may be temporarily held before being released to the Creator, depending on the status of the message, reply, refund window, payment provider requirements, and platform rules.

7. Creator Reply

A Creator reply must be sent through PayDM in order to be recognized by the platform.

Once a reply has been sent through PayDM, the service is considered executed, even if the User disagrees with, dislikes, or is not fully satisfied with the content of the reply.

8. Refund Rule

The refund rule is simple: if the Creator does not send a reply through PayDM within 8 days, the User receives a full refund.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Banking and payment provider delays may apply.

9. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund is granted when the Creator has sent a reply through PayDM within the 8-day period.

No refund is granted for:

• dissatisfaction with the content of the reply;
• disagreement with the reply;
• a reply considered too short, insufficient, or not useful by the User;
• a change of mind after sending the message;
• an error of judgment at the time of purchase;
• any result or outcome not obtained after receiving a reply.

10. Nature of the Service

PayDM provides paid access to a potential human reply from a specific Creator.

PayDM does not guarantee:

• the quality of the reply;
• the accuracy of the information provided by the Creator;
• the relevance of the reply;
• the User's satisfaction;
• any business, personal, financial, or professional result.

11. User Responsibilities

Users agree to send messages that are lawful, respectful, and compatible with the purpose of PayDM.

Users must not send:

• illegal content;
• harassment, threats, or abusive content;
• spam or automated messages;
• fraudulent or misleading requests;
• content that violates the rights of another person.

12. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the replies they provide through PayDM.

Creators agree to:

• use PayDM in good faith;
• reply through the platform when they choose to answer a paid message;
• avoid illegal, abusive, misleading, or harmful content;
• respect applicable laws and platform rules;
• provide accurate payout information when payouts are available.

13. Prohibited Use

PayDM may suspend or restrict access to the platform in case of abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms.

• attempting to bypass the payment system;
• using PayDM for fraud, spam, harassment, or illegal activity;
• creating fake accounts or impersonating another person;
• interfering with platform security or operation;
• misusing refunds or payment disputes.

14. Creator Payouts

Creator payouts may be subject to platform fees, payment provider requirements, identity verification, fraud checks, refund rules, and payout availability.

PayDM charges a payout fee of 1% of the amount withdrawn each time a Creator requests a transfer of their available balance to a connected bank account. This payout fee is separate from, and in addition to, the platform commission described in Section 15.

PayDM may delay or block a payout when required for security, compliance, refund management, or suspected misuse.

15. Platform Fees

PayDM may charge platform fees to Users, Creators, or both. Any applicable fee is displayed in the payment or payout flow when required.

Fees may vary depending on the product, creator offer, payment provider costs, or platform configuration.

16. Availability

PayDM aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, provider outages, or security reasons.

17. Liability

PayDM is not responsible for the content of messages or replies sent by Users or Creators.

PayDM shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, loss of revenue, reputational damage, or consequences resulting from the use of a Creator reply.

18. Intellectual Property

The PayDM platform, interface, branding, structure, and technical elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users and Creators remain responsible for the content they submit through the platform.

19. Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to the PayDM Privacy Policy, available on the platform.

20. Changes to the Terms

PayDM may update these Terms at any time, especially as the platform evolves.

The applicable version is the one published on the platform at the time of use.
