What you get
Revenue that does not require production
Every other monetization channel asks you to make something first: a video, a post, a course, a product. A paid inbox asks you to answer a question. The work is the delivery, and it stops the moment you stop.
An inbox you can read again
A price in front of your messages removes the volume that made the inbox unusable. What arrives is a smaller number of messages from people who committed something to write them.
Full control of the price
You set it. You change it whenever you want. Nobody negotiates and there is no bidding. The price is public on your profile, so senders know what they are paying before they write.
No obligation to be available
Pause the inbox and nothing new arrives. There is no streak to maintain, no schedule, and no penalty for being away.
A profile you can point people to
Instead of ignoring requests across five platforms, you have one link. "If you want a real answer, here." It works in a bio, a pinned post, or an auto-reply.

Email and password. Free, and it takes a minute.

2. Complete the questionnaire
You tell us who you are, what you do, where your audience is, and what kind of questions you want to receive. This is what the review is based on.

3. Verify your identity
PayDM sells access to a specific real person, so we confirm you are that person. Verification also unlocks payouts, which cannot be enabled without it.

4. Wait for approval
Applications are reviewed manually. You are notified by email when the decision is made. Approval is not automatic and not guaranteed.

5. Set up your offer
Your display name, your handle, the description of what you answer, and your price.

6. Connect your payout account
Bank details go through our payment provider so your balance can be withdrawn.

7. Publish and share your link
Your profile goes live and your inbox opens. Put the link where people currently try to reach you.
Setting up your offer
Two fields decide almost everything about the messages you receive.
The description
Say what you are useful on, in your own words, precisely. A profile that says "ask me anything" gets vague questions. A profile that names two or three concrete subjects and states what you do not take gets messages you actually want to answer.
The price
You control it entirely and can change it at any time. Choosing the right number, and what to do when volume is too high or too low, is covered on how to monetize your DMs.
You can also pause the inbox from your dashboard whenever you need to stop receiving messages.
Receiving and answering
When a message is paid for, it appears in your PayDM inbox and you get an email. The dashboard shows the time remaining on each message, and you receive reminders as a deadline approaches.
Three actions are available on any message:
- Answer. Write your reply and send it. Your share is credited to your balance.
- Decline. The sender is refunded, you earn nothing, and you owe no explanation.
- Do nothing. After 8 days the sender is refunded automatically. This is the worst option: it costs the sender time and costs you the revenue.
The reply is yours. PayDM does not impose a length, a format or a template, and does not generate answers on your behalf. The final reply must remain personal, relevant and genuinely provided by you.
Getting paid
On a message priced at 100: the sender pays 105 (100 plus the 5% service fee), 80 is credited to a standard Creator’s balance, and PayDM keeps 20.
Your earnings remain pending and become available 7 days after your reply, provided the message has not been refunded, cancelled or disputed. This pending period covers refunds and payment disputes. If you do not reply within 8 days, the message is refunded automatically and you earn nothing from it. From there, you can request a payout to your connected account.
There is no monthly fee, no listing fee, and no charge on a message that ends up refunded. The complete money flow, including the pending period and dispute handling, is documented on how PayDM works.
Ambassador Program: 90% credited
Selected Creators can be invited into the Ambassador Program. Instead of the standard 80%, an Ambassador is credited 90% of the message price — PayDM's commission drops to 10%.
The Ambassador Program is not an automatic upgrade. It is available on request, for certain Creators, and only after review and approval by PayDM. To ask about it, contact support.
Earn for life by referring other Creators
Creators can recommend other Creators to PayDM. When a Creator you referred directly starts generating revenue on PayDM, you earn 15% of the PayDM revenue generated by that Creator — not 15% of what their buyers pay, but 15% of PayDM's own commission from their activity.
- Paid for as long as your referred Creator keeps generating revenue on PayDM.
- No limit on how many Creators you can refer.
- Applies only to Creators you refer directly — there is no multi-level structure.

Rules for Creators
PayDM promises the sender a personal human reply. Everything on this page depends on that promise being kept.
- The final reply must remain personal, relevant and genuinely provided by you.
- Do not promise outcomes, results or favours in your profile description.
- Decline anything you cannot answer well, rather than sending a filler reply.
- Respect the sender. Reported replies may be reviewed by PayDM, and appropriate action may be taken under the platform's policies.

- Letting messages expire repeatedly may be reviewed by PayDM and can affect your profile under the platform's policies.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to join PayDM as a Creator?
No. Creating an account and publishing a profile is free. PayDM only earns when you answer a paid message.
How much do I keep per message?
80% of the price you set. PayDM keeps 20%. Selected Creators can be invited into the Ambassador Program to be credited 90% instead.
Is every application approved?
No. Applications are reviewed manually and approval is not guaranteed. Identity verification is required before a profile can go live.
Do I have to answer every message?
No. You can decline any message and the sender is refunded. Letting messages expire repeatedly may be reviewed by PayDM under its policies.
Can I take a break?
Yes. Pause your inbox and no new messages can be sent to you. Deadlines on messages you already received still apply.
When do I get my money?
After you answer, your earnings enter a pending balance during a short holding period, then become available for withdrawal to your connected bank account.
Can I use PayDM alongside my other monetization?
Yes. It monetizes individual requests, which sponsorships, subscriptions and products do not handle. PayDM does not ask you to stop using your other channels.
What is the PayDM Ambassador Program?
A program for selected Creators who are credited 90% of the message price instead of the standard 80%. It is available on request and subject to approval by PayDM, not automatically granted to every Creator.
Can I earn by referring other Creators to PayDM?
