When the creator you want isn’t on PayDM yet
This page answers one thing first: can you reach a specific creator on PayDM right now? There is no directory to scroll — you search a name, and either their real profile opens or it doesn’t.
If it doesn’t, the request form is the point. The one signal that tells PayDM who to onboard next is people asking by name — plus, optionally, your question and what an answer would be worth. No fake profiles, no invented demand, no fake prices. Once a creator is on PayDM, reaching them is covered in how to message a creator.
Frequently asked questions
What can I type in the search box?
An Instagram handle with or without the @, or a full profile URL. We extract the handle and look for a matching public PayDM creator.
Nothing was found. Does that mean the person has no PayDM account?
No. A “not found” result only means you can’t reach that creator through PayDM right now. It doesn’t tell you whether an account exists, and we don’t disclose that.
Do I have to fill in the request form?
Only the creator, which is pre-filled. Your question, reason, budget and email are all optional and never block the request.
Will PayDM contact the creator I requested?
Not necessarily. Your request is added to aggregated demand data used to prioritise onboarding — not a guarantee that any specific person will be contacted or will join.
What happens if I leave my email?
We can let you know if that creator becomes available on PayDM. It’s only used for that notification.
How much does it cost to ask a creator who is on PayDM?
Each creator sets their own price, shown on their profile before you pay, plus a 5% service fee. No reply within 8 days means a full refund.
